Every benchmark in AI drug discovery is published with its results on the front page and its limits somewhere near the end. The O3DC Benchmark Index turns that around: each entry is issued as a package insert — what it contains, who supplies it, when its code last moved, and the one note you should read before you cite it.

Each date is that repository’s last recorded push plus one year. A single commit takes any of these off the list, which is the point of printing it.
The index is only as honest as the people using it. Two routes in, and neither costs anything.
A benchmark we have not indexed. A note that is out of date. A repository that moved. Every entry here is hand-written, so every entry here can be corrected.
Submit or correct an entryMembers write the notes, argue about the metrics in the open, and get told when someone reports a problem with a benchmark they own.
